Welcome to Camping Equipment Hire, we hope you enjoy our products and would like to introduce you to our terms and conditions.
Deposits are required for all hiring products
Payment and deposit is required to confirm booking, cancelations 2 weeks before booking will result in full loss of payment, cancelations prior to 2 weeks of booking will result in loss of deposit.
All deposits have to be paid in full upon delivery
All tent and camping equipment will be checked upon return and any damage will be deducted from the deposit – please allow time for the checks to be made
If damage is extensive then the cost of the product will be required as payment
Pets are allowed but the kit needs to be cleaned before pickup – any heavy soiling will result in loss of deposit
Our equipment is highly flammable so all smoking must be done outside the tent, damage will result in loss of deposit
Late drop off will result in an extra payment unless arrangements have been made
We do not offer travel insurance
We are not responsible for any loss or injury sustained during your holiday, no matter how it was caused. If our tents and equipment are used responsibly this should not occur.
